宜君概況

宜君縣位于關中平原與陜北黃土高原的結合部，南距古都西安120公里，北距軒轅黃帝陵27公里，因適宜君王避暑而得名，屬革命老區。全縣總面積1531平方公里，轄6鎮1鄉1個街道辦事處2個綜合服務中心117個行政村，總人口約10萬人。平均海拔1395米，夏季平均氣溫19℃，空氣質量優良天數年均達到300天以上，森林覆蓋率54.27%，被譽為秦嶺以北最大的一葉“綠肺”。境內有玄奘手植娑羅樹、彭祖故里、北魏石窟群、姜女淚泉、云夢山、戰國魏長城、旱作梯田、福地湖、動漫花溪谷等，是仰韶文化的發祥地之一，是雁門支隊活躍的紅色革命老區，是“中國現代民間繪畫畫鄉”。

近年來，全縣上下高舉習近平新時代中國特色社會主義思想偉大旗幟，深入貫徹習近平總書記來陜考察重要講話重要指示精神，統籌推進“五位一體”總體布局，協調推進“四個全面”戰略布局，堅持穩中求進工作總基調，立足新發展階段，完整、準確、全面貫徹新發展理念，服務和融入新發展格局，堅持“134”發展思路，2021年全縣生產總值實現42.74億元，同比增長8.6%，服務業增加值同比增長6.9%，規模以上工業增加值同比增長11.5%，社會消費品零售總額同比增長12.9%，地方財政收入同比增長5.8%，農林牧漁增加值同比增長6.6%，城鎮居民人均可支配收入同比增長6.8%，農村居民人均可支配收入同比增長10.8%。宜君縣先后榮獲2017—2020年度平安中國建設示范縣，也是全省唯一蟬聯全國社會治安綜合治理最高榮譽“長安杯”的區縣。先后獲得全省首個中國氣候宜居縣、國家生態文明建設示范縣、全國緊密型醫共體試點縣、全國基層中醫藥先進單位、全國敬老文明號、全國“雙服務”文化建設先進集體，入選2020中國縣域全生態百優榜、中國康養可持續發展百強縣；成功創建省級全域旅游示范區，榮獲全省踐行新發展理念縣域經濟考核爭先進位縣、全省脫貧攻堅成效考核優秀區縣、全省脫貧攻堅組織創新獎、全省保障性安居工程建設工作先進縣、全省改善農村人居環境先進縣、全省縣城建設先進縣、全省縣域經濟發展和縣城建設試點縣、省級森林城市、省級森林旅游示范縣、陜西省農民工返鄉創業示范縣、全省全民健身示范縣等。

Yijun county is located in the guanzhong plain the loess Plateau of northern Shaanxi, south of the ancient capital Xi 'an 120 kilometers, north of the Xuanyuan Yellow Emperor Mausoleum 27 kilometers, because it is suitable for the emperor summer named, is a revolutionary base area. The county covers an area of 1,531 square kilometers has jurisdiction over 117 administrative villages, including 6 towns, 1 township, 1 sub-district office, 2 comprehensive service centers a total population of about 100,000 people. With an average altitude of 1395 meters, the average summer temperature is 19℃, the average annual average number of days with good air quality reaches more than 300 days. The forest coverage rate is 54.27%. It is known as the largest "green lung" in the north of The Qinling Mountains. Within the territory of Xuanzang h meranti tree, Peng Zu hometown, northern Wei grottoes group, jiangnv tear spring, Yunmeng Mountain, the Warring States Wei Great Wall, dry farming terraces, fudi lake, animation flower valley, is one of the birthplace of Yangshao culture, yanmen branch is active red revolutionary base area, is "China's modern folk painting township".

In recent years, the whole county has held high the great banner of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, in order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech to shaanxi, coordinate the five-sphere integrated plan  the four-pronged comprehensive strategy, uphold the underlying principle of pursuing progress while ensuring stability. Based on the new development stage, the county has implemented the new development philosophy completely, accurately comprehensively, serving integrating the country's new development paradigm,  adhering to the "134" development idea. In 2021, its GDP reached 4.274 billion yuan, attaining a year-on-year growth of 8.6%; the added value of the service industry increased by 6.9% year-on-year; output of industrial companies with annual revenue of more than 20 million yuan exped by 2.8 percent year-on-year; growth in retail sales increased by 12.9% year-on-year; the local fiscal revenue increased by 5.8% year-on-year; the added value of agriculture, forestry, animal husbry fishery increased by 6.6% year-on-year; the per capita disposable income of urban residents increased by 6.8% year-on-year, the per capita disposable income of rural residents increased by 10.8% year-on-year.

Yijun County has won National Demonstration County for the Peaceful China Initiative during the year 2017-2020, is also the only district county to win the "Chang'an Cup" in Shaanxi province, the highest honor for comprehensive management of social security in China. It has successively won the province's first China's livable county, the demonstration county for national ecological civilization construction, the pilot county for national compact medical community, the national advanced county for traditional Chinese medicine in grass-roots unit, the advanced group for respecting the elderly, the advanced group of national "double service" cultural construction. Yijun was ed the 2020 China’s top 100 counties with full ecological excellence, China's top 100 counties for sustainable development of health care; it has successfully created a provincial-level global tourism demonstration zone, won the following provincial awards: the Advanced County for Implementing the New Development Philosophy in Economic Assessment, the Excellent County for Poverty Alleviation Assessment, the Organization Innovation Award for poverty alleviation, the Advanced County for the Construction of Affordable Housing Projects, the Advanced County for Improving the Rural Living Environment, the Advanced County for County Construction, the Pilot County for the County Economic Development County Construction, the Provincial Forest City, the Demonstration County for Provincial Forest Tourism, the Demonstration County for Migrant Workers' Returning Home to Start Businesses, the Demonstration County for National Fitness in Shaanxi Province.
